Steve Johnson

Founder

As a former professional athlete enjoying a 10 year career in NBA , he knows the importance of having a winning culture in place to attract the best talent to build winning teams. As a serial entrepreneur he understands the challenges that startups and growing business face as they seek to build successful companies. With 20 years of engagement around reconciliation across racial lines, he understands the importance of shared values and life experience to building authentic relationship that are vital to personal growth and success.

Dina Carreras-Menzie

Senior Consultant

Dina Carreras-Menzie is an operations specialist having served as Chief Program Officer of Abilities First Inc. a 38MIL nonprofit in New York State and Chief Operating Officer of Seamen’s Society for Children and Families a 19MIL nonprofit in New York City. Dina is an expert on RFPs and government subcontracts that incorporate Diversity, Equity an Inclusion principles. Dina has additional extensive experience in the realms of finance and technology, leveraging her subject matter expertise in Data Analytics, Systems Analysis and Software integration and development. Dina holds a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University in the City of New York, a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Binghamton University in New York State and multiple certificates from Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program which she attended in Boston, MA.

Roger Lenneberg

Senior Consultant

Roger Lenneberg is an attorney with a deep knowledge of the construction industry, including the practical business side that determines profitability. Roger specializes in serving as general counsel to subcontracts and handling complex construction claims. Highly skilled in conflict resolution, Roger is also a seasoned arbitrator and mediator. Roger holds a JD in Law from Lewis & Clark Law School and a BS in Biology from Reed College. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar and Washington State Bar Association and has practiced in multiple courts throughout the region.

Larry Briggs

Senior Consultant

Larry Briggs has coached and trained hundreds of high-performing CEOs, executive teams and entrepreneurs representing small to medium sized businesses throughout the U.S. Larry’s proven experience in change management began in his twenties when he successfully conducted his first business turnaround of a struggling computer service bureau in Guam. Later, as one of the early vice presidents of Timberline Software, an early national leader in accounting software, he made significant contributions to both the marketing and distribution of their products. Over the years he has accumulated direct expertise in the high-tech, professional services and manufacturing industries. Altogether, Larry Briggs blends a highly inspiring message with real-world application for an outstanding learning experience that translates to results. His seminars and executive coaching methods dive into the heart of how great leaders function.

Larry holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Puget Sound. He has taught at the University of Guam (Systems Analysis), George Fox University (Advertising and Public Relations), Mt. Hood Community College and Portland Community College (Public Speaking).
